CHAPTER 3 THE WHITE MESSENGER
The hanger was fizzling with movement. Covenant warriors and technicians, of various species, were running from one side to the other, as they prepared the two horseshoe-shaped dropships for takeoff. Isga 'Ramulee was attending to his troops, before he ordered them to embark. It was the usual mix of Sangheili, tall and athletic, Unggoy, squat and carrying on their backs the triangular canisters with the methane they needed to breathe, Kig-Yar, savage-looking avians, and there was even a pair of huge Mgalekgolos, worm colonies wrapped in heavy, humanoid, blue armour. For this operation, Isga also decide
